Week 3

More brilliant sunflower challenge experts this week as we thought about what our sunflower will need to grow and how we should plant it. We decided on what depth of pot might be best and once we planted our seeds we decided where might be best to place it to help it grow best. Great discussion and reasoning from everyone.

We have used Jasper's Beanstalk as our drawing club book which has been a popular choice linking in with our sunflower challenge.

This week in RE we have learnt about Doubting Thomas and how he needed to see Jesus before believing he had risen. We reacted the story and thought about the word 'faith' and the importance of this.

We have been lucky enough to have another week of beautiful weather so there has been plenty of outside play. The children have really enjoyed building vehicles and obstacle courses with our outdoor resources and playing with the water and bikes.
