Today's maths activity

Today we are looking at counting and adding together equal groups. You may like to have ready a white board or sparepiece of paper to predict the answers for the presentation below before you reveal the answers. 

Please start on Lesson 4 of the power point...

Using the cards below; you may have a copy in your maths worksheet pack. If not, choose your star level and use your green book to record what you see. For example, for the first page of one star challenge, write what you see on the dice; 2+2+2= 6

 

For the extension pages if you fancy a challenge,  calculate the total, for example 5+5+5+5=20
