The Weetabix Protein Youth Challenge
The ASICS London 10k and Weetabix Protein, are inviting you to take part in a virtual nationwide running initiative, to encourage you to get moving. You will be asked to complete 1km per day across a 10 week period, starting 25th May. For those who don't want to actually go running, you can join their virtual weekly family fitness sessions.
For everyone who signs up, Weetabix will donate a breakfast drink to 'FareShare', the food redistribution charity, who are taking food to vulnerable people during this time.
Entry is free and open to anyone 16 and under. When you have completed the challenge you will receive an exclusive t-shirt and medal. Click on the link below to register.

Continue to write your story that you started yesterday. Look at yesterday's English lesson if you need a reminder.
Have you turned it into a book?
Could you create the book in publisher if you have it on your device?

Maths:
Again, we have three different outcomes for you today, depending on what you have been working on during the week.
Y5/6: If you have been working on grid method, try multiplying larger numbers today. I've posted the answers to the TUxTU from yesterday so go back if anything needs correcting.
OR
Y5/6: If you are using the White Rose videos this week, you have some perimeter work.
OR
Y6: If you are working on your fractions, it's adding and subtracting with mixed numbers!
Art:
LO: Creating optical illusions and using shade to show a 3D form.
Click on the video link, making sure you have your pencils, pens and paper with you.
You will find out about one my favourite British artists, Bridget Riley and then have a go at creating your own optical illusion.
