We combined our life skills work with some design technology and computing, by creating and debugging an algorithm for making a sandwich. Then we actually made the sandwich, following strict hygiene rules and our instructions!

We started a mini Scratch project today, creating ‘sprites’ and ‘backdrops’ and using coloured shapes and lines to form a maze. We were able to create an algorithm to move the sprite and are looking forward to next week when we will turn our maze into a game using the arrow keys.
