English

Pupil Led Guided Reading

In English this term, we have been developing our figurative writing. We used simile, hyperbole, alliteration, metaphor, personification, onomatopoeia and oxymorn to create imagery and we used short sentences, show not tell, rhetorical questions and careful vocabulary choices to create suspense, tension and atmophere.
