History

We used thinking hats to answer questions designed to 'put us in the shoes' of an evacuated child

This term we started our history topic all about World War Two. We have discovered what happened after WW1 and learned about what led to WW2 starting. We then used atlases to find out which countries were involved (axis and allied forces) and had to research early events and create a timeline. We used video footage and texts to find out about Chamberlain's Appeasement strategy and debated whether he was right to try.
