Great communication in our role play today. Plenty of 'my turn, your turn' when sharing resources.
As part of our black history month learning, we watched an interactive story based on an African tale. We loved joining in with the dancing and learning about the different types of instruments.
Great teamwork shown as they played a game of cards. They decided on how to play and took it in turns. They agreed the rules between them, listening carefully to each other.
In ourJigsaw lesson we discussed sharing and how to be a good friend.
We have read ‘This is the Bear’ this week. We decided to have a teddy bears picnic. We wrote invites to our buddies and brought in teddies from home. We sang some ear songs, had a bear hunt and had a biscuit. We loved having our buddies there to share our fun!
Great communication and turn taking outside in the mud kitchen today.
We have been reading The Colour Monster this week. We discussed how we can calm ourselves when we feel angry or worried . We each made our own calm jar to help us to do this.
