I had one of those special moments as well where you sometimes realise what a small world it is when you realise that you know some of the same people! So....I was telling the lovely man who cuts my hair all about the wonderful parents who have come in to school to talk about their jobs. At that moment Sean (the hairdresser) realised he might know one of your parents. In fact two of your parents. A clue; these parents are very athletic and fit, and so Sean told me, very good at football! He also said what fantastic men they are too! I wonder whose dads they could be?
Our Maths Learning Today
Today we pull together our knowledge of place value, addition, subtraction and our knowledge of number bonds to 10 and 100, to solve problems linked to identifying how many tens and units need to be added to a given amount to reach a total of 100.

Our afternoon topic activities
Can be found by following the link below. In class this afternoon we will be continuing with our 'Spirited Arts' competition entries based on 'Where Is God?' and adding to our flower art based on the artist Georgia O'Keeffe.
Do remember that we are creating a celebratory display of your wonderful work from your home school learning. If you have anything that you would be willing to share please drop it into school anytime.
I'm going to be asking Mrs Smith today if we have any Galileo 'St. Paul's Got Talent' videos. I hope we might!
