This week in art we added detail to our 'Inner and Outer Self' portraits, using black ink and acrylic pens.
In art this term we learned about the inspiration behind the work of Mexican artist, Frida Kahlo and why she included what she did in her portraits. We then thought about our own personalities and interests and used symbolism to represent our hidden, inner selves. Take a look at the progress of the work so far!
