We have focused on self portraits for the past couple of weeks in our art lessons. About to go on the wall are our soft pastel portraits (coming soon to this page!) This week we were presented with half of our face from a photograph. Our challenge was to use lines of symmetry to draw and finish with watercolour paints the  other half. We did a great job. We are delighted with the results and next week will be writing a character description of our creature. These will hopefully be swimming onto our classroom walls very soon! smiley
