Mini Vinnies

Who are the Mini Vinnies?

The Mini Vinnies are quite literally mini St. Vincent de Paul’s.

Mini Vinnies are 7 to 11 year olds based in schools and parishes across England and Wales, and in several other countries across the world. They come together to form a part of the St. Vincent de Paul Society England and Wales, a voluntary organisation dedicated to tackling poverty in all its forms. Mini Vinnies meet to pray, discuss and support however they can to help make a difference in their communities.

Hi I am in the Mini Vinnies. My name is Matilda I am the chair of the mini Vinnies. Our mission is to raise money that we can help people less fortunate than ourselves. We need your help. We can beat poverty. Together we can make a difference.

Hi, I’m Maia and I am the vice chair of the Mini Vinnies. I have enjoyed being in the Mini Vinnies. During November, we have been selling poppies. As being part of the Mini Vinnies it is our job to raise money for people who aren’t fortunate enough to have shelter. Throughout this year I hope to raise lots of money for the poor and to make a difference.

Hello my name is Isaac N. I am a Mini Vinnie. I am a year 6 now. We help charities and we fundraise.
