Thursday 9th July

Good morning everyone! I hope you are all well and haven't floated away in all of the rain we have had! I have to share with new my very happy news .... that I've finally had my hair cut and that my dark roots have now magically  changed colour again!smiley

Your maths learning for today is below and our writing task for today is on our 'Everybody Week 13' page. Follow the link below to get there...

Our Maths Learning for Today...

Today we continue to compare numbers by looking closely at the value of the tens and units in each number. This helps us to quickly identify which number is less than, greater than or equal to. The more we practice the quicker we see and understand the value of each number. smiley

Your worksheet for today. Remember the questions get trickier as you go along. Get as far as you can and you can print out the sheet or write your answers in your green book.

Here are the answers if you would like to mark your work...

Our afternoon topic activities

Can be found by following the link below. In class this afternoon we will be continuing with our 'Spirited Arts' competition entries based on 'Where Is God?' and adding to our flower art based on the artist Georgia O'Keeffe. smiley

Do remember that we are creating a celebratory display of your wonderful work from your home school learning. If you have anything that you would be willing to share please drop it into school anytime.

I'm going to be asking Mrs Smith today if we have any Galileo 'St. Paul's Got Talent' videos. I hope we might!

Enjoy your day everyone. heart
