Phonics
We continue to follow the read write inc videos and they are a fantastic way to recap a sound or learn a new one. There are also the other videos you can choose if you feel confident with your sounds. You might like to try the spelling videos or green words, there is also the red word practise and if you are feeling like a challenge you could try the 'reading longer words' or the 'hold a sentence' videos.
Animal challenge
This week we are going to think again about the story 'The mixed up Chameleon'. Watch the story again and think about the colours he is able to change into. Today you are going to think of your own story about the Chameleon going for a walk. Where might he go? What things might he pass on his way? As he passes different things describe what colours he might turn? You might like to draw a picture for each of the things he passes too. Follow the link below if you would like to watch the story again and I have also done an example story but I'm sure your stories will be much more exciting!
