Science Week
During science Week, children worked in groups to research and investigate an aspect of the oceans and life that love someone their. Each group had to research their topic, plan and carry out and experiment and present their findings.
Sound
We investigated how different instruments made sound and how the sound could be changed. We found out that the thickness or length of the vibrating part needed to change.
How is sound made?
We saw the effect of sound by seeeing rice vibrating on a drum skin.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
