We had our first lacrosse lesson today in the sunshine. We absolutely loved it!

The Sports Ambassadors led the way on our first run around the brand new track. We loved it!

We went to All Hallows’ for a basketball tournament. We had a great afternoon playing against the other schools and we are looking forward to getting our new basketball nets at school.

We have been learning and performing a range of World War Two dances this term, such as Lindy Hop and Lambeth Walk and used what we learned to choreograph our own dances.

We played our game against St. Peter’s and worked extremely hard after the Winter season break. We had no subs due to illness and missed the extra energy. We lost 2:3, but are proud of such a good score against a strong team.

The girls’ football team went to All Hallows’ for a tournament against the other schools and played amazingly, saving every goal that came their way. They came second and were given silver medals.

This term we have been learning how to play basketball, developing our skills, techniques and teamwork.

We played Disley Primary School and were thrilled to win 8-1 at home!

We played Worth, away in the Stockport football league. We were proud to win 5:1! Those academy sessions are paying off!

We have been learning and performing a range of different jumps and leaps. We have learned about a stag jump and a split leap

We have been developing flexibility, strength, technique, control and balance by performing a range of rolls, pike position, press ups and planks.
