British Values

This week the GIFT Team have been selling Poppies to raise money for The Royal British Legion charity. The money collected is used to support current and ex-service personnel and their families.

This week we held our school council hustings in the school hall. The Year Six candidates gave speeches and answered questions from the audience about their ideas. They had to explain why they wanted to be on the School Council and give examples of how their own values and character strengths would benefit the school and other pupils. The other pupils in the school then voted for the candidates. This is a great example of democracy and listening to 'pupil voice' at St Paul's.
