ZOOM at 10am. Preparation below under 'Our Learning Today'...
Good morning everyone! Well can you believe that we have had a whole half term of learning from home? I know some of you are in school but everything has been very different and our class is not complete without everyone in it!
Mrs Rogers and I can't put into words …. without them being very long words... how proud of you and your families we are. You have done brilliantly and have shown great resilience and perseverance!
We wanted today to be a day to say 'well done' and to make it a celebratory day.
Our postbox is outside school for any letters you have to drop off. I will go to school at 3.30pm to collect them. Thank you so much to those of you are doing such special letters for your friends. If any addresses are needed just email.
Anyway, for our Zoom meeting at 10am I will put the link onto my blog.
Also (you will be so impressed with me!)I have done a Kahoot quiz on Kenya, just for a bit of fun and revision on what we have learnt so far!
Just click on the link and there are multi choice questions. See how you do. Don't worry about any mistakes; it's a bit of fun.

Our Religion Learning
Learning outcome; To begin to understand what it means to belong to our Church family by thinking about what we do together in Church; what family celebrations take place there?
My Maths
Your maths work today or for over half term. It doesn't have to be done today! With our Zoom and RE it will be a busy morning!I will add new work after our Zoom. 🤗
For our return after half term please try to be up to date with your 'My Maths.' I will post a new task today.
Our afternoon task....
Is to do something you really enjoy to celebrate and to reward yourself for all of your hard work. If we were in school together today (only 2 children will be in school!) I would be putting on an African based film with music we have been dancing and singing along to... 'The Lion King'; so, if you fancy a cinematic afternoon why not settle down with a snack and drink, get comfy and watch it. There is a cartoon and 'real life' version. I think most of you should be able to access it through the Disney Channel / Sky movies etc...
If anyone does not have a copy and would like to watch it I have a copy of each of the above and am happy to put them outside school at around 1pm for you to borrow. Please email or dojo message if you would like this option so I know I need to put it in position!
If you don't fancy 'The Lion King' watch or do something else that you enjoy... have a walk, do some exercise … you choose with mum or dad!
I will post a final story here later on, if you would like to join me for a final read at the end of the day.
We look forward to seeing you on the Zoom. Have a wonderful day and again well done for all you have done! xxx
