Expressive Arts and Design

We made dinosaur fossils using salt dough. We have been learning about how palaeontologist’s use fossils to find out about the dinosaurs.

We created dinosaurs using materials. We practised our cutting skills.

Andy Goldsworthy inspired transient art using natural materials. Look at our patterns and shapes.

Our workshop table is always available for children to create using a variety of resources.

The children have been creating exciting storylines when playing with the dinosaurs outside. Plenty of imaginative scenarios and language opportunities.

Today there was a tractor on the school field. the children used the resources to build their own tractor and engage in role play.
