Aspire not to have more but to be more – St Oscar Romero

Monday 27th April

Start your day with another song with the Smiths!

English

L.O. To write a non-fiction text

Keep going with your non-fiction writing. If you haven't written about the appearance and habitat, finish those off first. Then, we're going to move onto their diet. What does your animal eat? Does it change at different times of the year? Don't forget to use different types of sentences, as well as headings and subheadings to organise your writing.

Maths

L.O. To tell the time

There is MyMaths set, but if you'd like an excuse to watch TV for half an hour, you can click the link below to watch an episode of Odd Squad about telling the time.

Spanish

L.O. To learn  letters and numbers in Spanish

Have a look at the  website below . It is a link to the Oak  National Academy, a special online school which has been set up during this lockdown time. This lesson is the first of the lessons for Spanish, so I thought it would be interesting for you to have a go working through with Senora  Harrison. It isn't the topics that you would have been covering with Mrs Barnett, but it is still relevant to learn. Let me know what you though of the lesson in the blog!
