Addition and subtraction

Place value- Year One have been exploring numbers to 20. They have been looking at different representations of a number using the tens frame, pictures and numicon. They have been learning to write numbers to 10 and comparing numbers to 20. In Year Two the children have been partitioning two digit numbers into tens and ones and comparing numbers. They have also been counting in steps of 2,3,5 and 10.
