We have begun our new topic 'Walking through the jungle' so here you will find all our topic based activities for you to complete at a time through the week that suits your family. Understanding the World - Science

Our new science based topic is 'identifying animals' we will be finding out about lots of different types of animals. This week we will begin by looking at familiar animals that are kept as pets. Have a look at the slides below and then use the worksheets to choose your level of challenge for which activity to complete.

Understanding of the world - Geography 'Let's go to the jungle!'

We are going on an adventure this half term to find out all about jungles. This week we are going on a round the world trip to discover where in the world we will find jungles and begin to describe them. Have a look at the slides and then you will find the worksheets to choose your level of challenge to complete in the activities.

Art activity

This term our art will be animal focussed. Watch the powerpoint below and then have a go at doing an observational drawing of your own, using the slides to help or from a photo of an animal you may have seen out on a walk. I look forward to seeing your drawings!
