Music
L.O. To respond to a piece of music
Follow the link to the BBC Ten pieces Tasters website. Scroll down until you find the block called 'Explore beginnings at home', watch the 2 videos for an introduction to the piece of music (which you will probably recognise!) and the activity.
Computing
L.O. To rotate a object in a design.
During this lesson, you will produce a 3D model of a physical object, which will contain a number of different 3D objects. You will rotate and place these 3D objects into position in relation to other 3D objects, and you will use the copy tool to improve your modelling efficiency.
If you still need your login details for Tinkercad, please check the blog.
Art
L.O. To draw a waterfall landscape
Today, we are going to try to create a picture of a waterfall, a feature of a river, usually found in the upper course.
Alternatively, if you are able to, I would love to see some sketches and drawing of a real river near you! I have loved seeing your photos and videos of the features of a river, now try making it artistic!
Catch Up time
If you have any spare time today, you could practise your times tables, handwriting and spelling. Make sure that your MyMaths is up to date and that you are reading.
I have noticed that some people still have not done any Accelerated Reading quizzes yet. You should be reading for at least 20 minutes a day, so even if you are reading a long book, I would have expected you to have finished it by now!
If the book, you have read does not have a quiz, write a short book review of it on the blog for everyone else to enjoy!
As you are using the computers a lot more at the moment, it might be a good idea to get better at typing! Use the BBC dancemats website below to learn how!
