CAFOD

CAFOD fundraising 2025-26

Our GIFT team have been very busy during the autumn term. We had a look at the CAFOD World Gifts site and decided we would like to raise £100 to fund 2 goats and 2 chickens for a family that required it.

We asked for donations of soft toy animals and then set about labelling these with a name ready to be 'adopted' at our school Christmas fete.

The fete was a great success and we managed to raise £114 for CAFOD enabling us to buy the World Gifts and help someone less fortunate.

Go Green for Cafod

To support Cafod's Go Green Challenge, we wore green clothes to raise money!

World leaders are meeting in Glasgow this November to make important decisions about the future of our planet and its people. With Catholic schools around the country we are playing our part by joining CAFOD’s Go Green day to support Amazon communities protecting the rainforest, and people around the world dealing with the climate crisis.
