English

LO: To improve and imitate writing

In these grammar activities, you will again be using the text 'The Game' as a starting point for your work.

  1. You will start with some work on 'relative clauses' which we have covered in school, but if you can't remember, there is information at the top of the sheet.  :)   You will use the relative pronouns (which, who, whose, that) to add relative clauses to improve some sentences....don't forget the two commas!
  2. Then, there is an imitation activity when you use a given sentence structure and change a couple of words.
  3. Lastly, there is an adjective game, which asks you to change the mood of some writing.
