Pirate challenge!

Today we are going to be thinking about our pirate adventure story and drawing a story map. You can complete today's challenge in your green home learning books. I can't wait to see how you get on!

Our Maths Learning Today

Hopefully your children are feeling a little more confident with the concept of sharing. Today we will use either concrete objects or the pictures on the worksheets to share objects into groups of 2, 5 or 10.

Ask questions such as:
How can I use the pictures or objects to help me share equally?
How many altogether?
How many are we sharing between?

How many in each group?

Please start from Lesson 4 on the power point (also included is a PDF version below)

You will have a chilli challenge in your pack entitled 'Make Equal Groups -Sharing' or you can choose from the additional worksheets below...

Here is the link to our afternoon activities if you would like to choose one to complete. smiley
