We wrote in role, as Grandad, from the book Grandad's Island. Then we used drama to perform our writing. We had to use first person pronouns like 'I' and 'we' and use adjectives in expanded noun phrases.
We were fabulous learners when we used nouns and adjectives to write magic bag poetry.
